8/29: Open Discussion and Semester Planning
This week's VisLunch session will be used to plan the semester or at least the first sessions of the semester. One for for these sessions is to use some of them to let people know about the work of the new people around: new PhD. students, new post. docs, new faculties. We should schedule presentations of these new poeple during this session among the discussion of other topics. We are open to suggestion and to presentations of anyone who is willing to share their ideas.
